Shipping Information
BCP Corals ships all livestock via overnight delivery to ensure the health and safety of your order.

Orders ship Monday–Wednesday

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes

An adult must be available to receive the package

We strongly recommend delivery to a secure address where the package will not sit outside
Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, BCP Corals is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, weather, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for being available to receive and properly acclimate livestock immediately upon arrival.
Failure to accept delivery on the first attempt voids the DOA guarantee.
DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy
We stand behind the health of our livestock. In the rare event of a DOA, we offer store credit under the following conditions:
To Qualify for DOA Coverage:

You must contact BCPCorals@gmail.com within 2 hours of delivery confirmation.

Provide clear photos of:

The livestock in the sealed bag
-
The livestock outside of the bag
-

The specimen must not be discarded until the claim is reviewed.
Claims submitted after the 2-hour window will not be eligible.
DOA Resolution
Approved DOA claims will be issued as store credit only.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Store credit may be used on future livestock purchases.
Exclusions
The DOA guarantee does not cover:

Delayed deliveries due to carrier error or weather

Missed delivery attempts

Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Improper acclimation

Tank parameter issues
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper tank conditions prior to ordering.
