Live Arrival Guarantee
At BCP Corals, we take the time to pack every order properly, so your corals have the best chance of arriving safe and healthy. If something doesn’t make it through shipping, we’ll take care of it.
Any confirmed loss during transit is covered for the value of the coral.
Shipping isn’t always perfect. Delays can happen, and a late delivery doesn’t automatically mean there’s a problem. Corals might show up a little cooler or warmer than expected. In most cases, they just need a little extra time to come back to temperature.
Claim Timing
All DOA claims must be submitted on the day of delivery.
Claims submitted the following day or later will not be accepted.
If there’s an issue
If anything arrives dead on arrival:
• Keep the coral and all original packaging
• Take clear photos showing the coral in the original unopened bag
• Reach out as soon as possible after delivery with your order number
How it’s handled
If a loss is confirmed, we will:
• Replace it if available
• Or issue store credit for the value of the coral
Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Not covered
We stand behind our shipments, but the following are not covered:
• DOA claims submitted the following day or later
• Packages not brought inside in a timely manner after delivery
• Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
• Failed delivery attempts or missed deliveries
• Issues after the coral has been removed from the bag
